How Do You Use Cardamom?

Cardamom is a common ingredient in many cuisines. It's used heavily in Indian cooking in dals, masala chai, and several desserts.

It's used in Scandinavian baking, in Middle Eastern cuisine (often in coffee), in Korean tea, and in several aromatic bitters blends.

Cardamom is also a standout ingredient in several spice blends, including hawaij spice, baharat spice blend, and ras el hanout.
