You can use a wide variety of gins for this cocktail. Our two favorite gin brands are Hendricks gin and Tanqueray gin.

Grapefruit and Fennel G&T Ingredients

  • 6 ounces gin
  • ¼ sliced fennel
  • 8 ounces chilled tonic water
  • 2 teaspoons whole black pepper
  • 2 slices grapefruit, to garnish
  • 2 slivers fennel, to garnish
  • ice

How to Make this G&T Recipe

  • Add the gin and fennel to a glass container and let gin be infused for at least 8 hours.
  • Combine 3 ounces gin, 4 ounces tonic water, 1 teaspoon peppercorns, a grapefruit slice, and a sliver of fennel in each glass.
  • Top with ice and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces gin
  • ¼ of a fennel bulb, sliced
  • 8 ounces chilled tonic water
  • 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
  • 2 slices grapefruit, to garnish
  • 2 (2-inch) slivers of fennel, to garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Add the gin and sliced fennel to a glass container and infuse the gin for at least 8 hours. Discard the fennel and strain the gin.
  2. Combine 3 ounces gin, 4 ounces tonic water, 1 teaspoon peppercorns, a grapefruit slice, and a sliver of fennel in each glass. Stir to combine.
  3. Top with ice and serve immediately.
