A Healthy Freakshake
I've got a delicious treat for you -- a HEALTHY freakshake. Freakshakes are seriously intense milkshakes that often pile layers of desserts on top of a milkshake. I'm switching it up and bringing you a creamy smoothie and loads of fruit.
This recipe can be made with a variety of fruit and you can get very fun with the skewers. If I'd had them, I would have added a few silly straws or perhaps a mini umbrella or two. The idea is to really pile the extras on with abandon!
So, back to this healthy freakshake - it's easy peasey to make and very delicious. I hope you enjoy it and get creative with the toppings.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup bluberries
- 1 cup pitted dark red cherries
- 1 cup ice
- Toppings: blueberries, peaches, cherries, mint
Note: I used frozen fruit in the blended ingredients.
