  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


  • juice of one lemon


  • pinch of salt


  • 1/4 cup fresh mint

  • optional - a few torn basil leaves

This watermelon salad is easy to make. Here’s how to make this summer salad:

  • Prep the fruit. Cut the fruit into matchsticks and roughly chop the fresh mint.

  • Plate the fruit. Gently combine the fruit on a large plate. The watermelon will be very delicate and prone to breaking if not handled carefully.
