Ingredients

white beans
(1 can), drained and rinsed

cherry tomatoes
halved

pearl mozzarella balls

cup
basil leaves

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
½
teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the white beans, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil. Toss to combine.
Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir to combine.
Allow salad to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
