Oven Roasted Okra

Ingredients

  • 1 pound okra cut into ⅓ inch slices
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • optional - lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 
  • Toss sliced okra in a bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. 
  • Place okra on a baking sheet in a single layer. 
  • Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until the edges of the okra are browned. 
  • Serve immediately with optional lemon slices.
