Ingredients

okra
cut into ⅓ inch slices

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
garlic powder

paprika

black pepper
optional - lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Toss sliced okra in a bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Place okra on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until the edges of the okra are browned.
Serve immediately with optional lemon slices.
