Place the broccoli on an aluminum foil or parchment lined baking sheet. Toss with the olive oil. Combine the sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the broccoli and toss to coat each floret.
Spread the broccoli out in a single layer across the baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes. Remove the broccoli from the oven and flip each piece over. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove the broccoli from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the cheese and lemon juice. Toss the broccoli so the cheese is evenly distributed and serve immediately.

Storage - roasted broccoli is best enjoyed immediately after you make it, but leftovers can be saved for up to 4 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.If possible, reheat in the oven or toaster oven to keep them crispy.
