Date Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Medjool dates halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Heat a small frying pan over medium high heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted and is bubbling, add the dates (cut side down). Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side till browned.

  • Spread the yogurt in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • Add the dates and drizzle with optional olive oil. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
