Ingredients

  • 3 hardboiled eggs
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 piece of cooked bacon cut into pieces
  • 2 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon
  • few slivers of red onion
  • ½ teaspoon capers
  • 2 small piece avocado
  • 2 pieces kimchi

Instructions

  • Halve the hardboiled eggs and place them on a plate.
  • For the BLT eggs, place a dab of mayonnaise and mustard on each egg, followed by a few pieces of lettuce and a few small pieces of bacon, and top with a slice of cherry tomato.
  • For the lox eggs, place a dab of cream cheese on each egg, followed by a piece of smoked salmon, a few small slices of red onion, and a few capers.
  • For the kimchi avocado eggs, place a dab of mayonnaise on each egg, followed by a small slice of avocado, a piece of kimchi, and a slice of cherry tomato.
