Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a shallow bowl or dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix till combined.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Dredge each chop in the Parmesan mixture, pressing down gently to make sure it sticks.
Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil and butter. Once the butter’s melted and foamy place the pork chops in the skillet.
Sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees on an instant-read thermometer.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes. Squeeze lemon juice on chops and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides or a green salad.
