Notes

Preparation Tips - If possible, allow pork chops to come to room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before cooking. It helps cook the meat more evenly (no cold spots) and produces juicier meat.
Cooking Tips - Try not to overcook the chops - a little pink in the center is great! The USDA recommends cooking pork chops to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Recommended Tools - You'll need an oven-safe frying pan or skillet. I recommend using a cast-iron skillet.
Storage - Leftovers can be saved in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
Reheat - You can reheat in the microwave in 1-minute increments or in a 350-degree oven. I also find the chops good cold - we slice them and serve them on sandwiches.
