Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, oregano, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pat the salmon dry and add it to a large parchment-lined sheet pan. Spoon the olive oil mixture onto the salmon and spread till the salmon is covered. Place several lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Sprinkle the tomatoes, olives, and onions around the salmon. Sprinkle the feta and dill across the salmon, tomatoes, and olives.
Bake the salmon for 14 to 16 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer and the salmon flakes apart.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
