Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • 10 chives
  • 1 shallot peeled
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor.

  • Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the dip is smooth and all the ingredients are combined.

  • Serve immediately with fresh vegetables or crackers.

Notes

    Make Ahead - the dip can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator. I recommend removing it from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving so it's not as chilly.
    Storage - leftovers can be saved in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
