Ingredients

pound
baby potatoes
3
tablespoons
melted butter
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
paprika
¼
teaspoon
ground black pepper
¼
teaspoon
dried oregano
Instructions
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Mix the butter, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, pepper, and oregano in a bowl.
Place the potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil. Toss with the melted butter mixture. Place all the potatoes cut side down.
Fold the sides of the aluminum foil towards the center and seal the package. Place the foil packet on the grill.
Cook the potato packet for 15 minutes. Carefully open it up and flip all the potatoes. Reseal the packet and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and toss with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
