Grilled Potatoes in Foil

These fantastic grilled potatoes are cooked in foil for maximum tenderness.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  • Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix the butter, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, pepper, and oregano in a bowl.
  • Place the potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil. Toss with the melted butter mixture. Place all the potatoes cut side down.
  • Fold the sides of the aluminum foil towards the center and seal the package. Place the foil packet on the grill.
  • Cook the potato packet for 15 minutes. Carefully open it up and flip all the potatoes. Reseal the packet and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove the potatoes from the oven and toss with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
