demi-baguette or half a baguette
sliced (9 to 10 slices)

avocado
1
tablespoon
lime juice
½
cup
cabbage kimchi
10
cherry tomatoes
thinly sliced
2
green onions
sliced
1
teaspoon
sesame seeds
black or white or both
Instructions
Toast the baguette slices in a toaster oven or in a regular oven till they are warm and golden brown.
Combine the avocado and lime juice in a small bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado until it's a spreadable consistency.
Spread a layer of avocado mash across the slices of baguette. Top with a piece or two of kimchi.
Add a few slices of cherry tomato or green onion to the top of each crostini. Then top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
