Mustard Cottage Cheese Dip (Deviled Egg Dip)

This delicious cottage cheese and mustard dip is an absolutely fabulous recipe! It's easy to make and great for dipping veggies, adding to sandwiches and wraps, or drizzling over grilled meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • 1 hardboiled egg
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend on high for 1 minute or until the dip is creamy and smooth.
  • Serve immediately and top with optional chopped fresh herbs, a sprinkle of paprika, or a pinch of everything bagel seasoning.

Notes

Storage - leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days when stored in an airtight container.
