Ingredients

Savory Toast

  • 2 pieces bread
  • cup part-skim ricotta
  • 1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc)
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread half the ricotta on each piece of toast. Followed by ½ cup of berries on each piece.
  • Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey on each piece of toast. Serve immediately.
