Salmon Everything Bagel Cucumbers

These fantastic cucumbers with smoked salmon, everything bagel seasoning, and cream cheese are a tasty lunch, afternoon snack, or even breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon roughly chopped
  • ¼ small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons capers roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • ½ tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Using a mandolin or sharp knife, slice cucumber into ⅛-inch thick slices. 
  • Add the sliced cucumber, cream cheese, smoked salmon, sliced onion, capers, dill, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper to a large deli container or glass jar. Cover and shake till all the ingredients are combined.
  • Eat immediately, either directly from the jar or serve in a bowl and top with additional fresh dill to garnish.
