Ingredients

  • ½ small red onion sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Instructions

  • Place the onion rounds on a plate and top with lemon juice. Then drizzle on olive oil, balsamic glaze, and honey.
  • Sprinkle the onions with the blue cheese, capers, and dill.
  • Serve immediately.
