Why You'll Love This Carrot Radish Salad

This is a dinner party kind of salad because it's colorful and fresh but doesn't take up lots of precious prep time. It's happy sitting in the fridge for a few hours, too!

The ingredients in this salad pair incredibly well - the bite of the radish is noticeably reduced by the creamy, crumbly parmesan.
