This granita is delicious. Just the right amount of lemon for the tang and the sweetness of the strawberries . I had a luncheon for 9, so I tripled the amount OF strawberries, added juice of four lemons, 4 cups water and 3/4 -1 Cup of sugar. We each had a very generous serve. Yuuummm !😋😋😋

This looks absolutely delicious! I can't wait to try it this weekend. Do you have an equivalent if you're using lemon juice instead of fresh lemons?

Hi Ann-Marie, I'd use about 1/2 cup lemon juice. Hope you like it!
