Mediterranean Summer Salad
This Mediterranean Summer Salad recipe is heavy on the tomatoes, fresh herbs, and flavor. This is an easy, healthy recipe that showcases summer produce.
This flavor pairing works so well because of the sharp, tanginess of the pomegranate molasses; the juicy, sweetness of the tomatoes; and the salty softness of the feta. This recipe also benefits from a large helping of fresh herbs - each mouthful gives you a wonderful taste of mint, basil, or oregano - or if you're lucky, all three.
I hope you enjoy this Mediterranean Summer Salad recipe! It can be served as lunch with a stack of warm pita bread or as a side salad at a BBQ or picnic.

*For the tomatoes, I used this medley from Wild Wonders (not sponsored - just like their product!)
