Why You'll Love this Mediterranean Salad

This flavor pairing works so well because of the sharp, tanginess of the pomegranate molasses; the juicy, sweetness of the tomatoes; and the salty softness of the feta.

This recipe also benefits from a large helping of fresh herbs - each mouthful gives you a wonderful taste of mint, basil, or oregano - or if you're lucky, all three.

Ingredients for a Mediterranean Salad

  • 24 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/4 cup basil, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • pinch of salt

How to Make this Super Salad Recipe

  • In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, herbs, and feta.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and pomegranate molasses over the top and stir gently to combine.
  • Top with salt and serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
