This is a ridiculously simple 4 ingredient recipe (not including the S&P) for a tomato and cantaloupe salad.
It’s a great light lunch or a simple side for dinner. Tomato and cantaloupe is a glorious combination, that I know you’ll enjoy!

What You’ll Need to Make a Tomato and Cantaloupe Salad
- 1 cantaloupe, scooped with a melon baller
- 15 cherry tomatoes (or 1 pint), halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 leaves basil leaves, chiffonaded or roughly chopped
- pinch of salt & pepper


How to Make This Super Simple Salad
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Chop or ball the melon.
- Chop or chiffonade the basil leaves.
- Combine the cantaloupe and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with basil, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
