Making this Caesar dressing with mayonnaise skips a step, saves you time, and still makes the most lush homemade salad dressing!
Any greens taste great when you top them with this dressing.

Caesar Dressing Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - using mayo helps you avoid having to whisk an egg and oil. It provides the majority of the creamy base for the dressing and adds a lot of tanginess.
- Grated Parmesan - adds the mellow cheese flavor we love in a Caesar dressing!
- Fresh Garlic - a few garlic cloves add a much needed punch of flavor. I highly suggest grating (over mincing) so you get a finer dice and spread out the flavor through the dressing.
- Anchovy Fillets - don't skip the anchovies! They add a huge amount of savory flavor. You can save extra anchovies in the freezer to make more of this dressing.
- Dijon Mustard - Dijon adds a kicky bite of flavor and helps the ingredients emulsify.
- Worcestershire - another fantastic savory, umami rich flavor - don't skip this ingredient either!
- Lemon Juice - cuts some of the creaminess of the dressing with fresh, bright flavor.
- Red Wine Vinegar - adds a much needed acid to the mix.
- Black Pepper - finishes off the dressing with a tiny amount of heat.
