- 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make this Recipe
- Spread the everything bagel seasoning over the salmon and tap it down to make sure it sticks.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the salmon to the pan, skin side down. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip.
- Cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes, or until the salmon is 145 degrees on a digital read thermometer.
- The salmon will be done when it’s flaky and the flesh is no longer translucent.
