These blueberry basil coconut milk popsicles are an unlikely flavor pairing that I find delightful! They are creamy and so, so tasty. Perfect for a summer treat!

I love an unusual flavor combination and when I got a massive amount of basil at the farmer's market this weekend, I knew I had to try this recipe.
What You'll Need to Make Blueberry Basil Popsicles
- 1 (14 ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
- 2 ½ cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup basil
- ¼ cup honey (or agave)
How to Make Blueberry Basil Popsicles
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until fully combined.
- Divide evenly between 8 popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
