This easy sheet pan harissa salmon with broccolini is a wonderful meal! Serve it with lemony couscous for hearty dinner. It's full of rich flavors, and the sweet and spicy marinade on the salmon is just perfect.

Ingredients
- Salmon - you can use farm-raised (Atlantic salmon) or wild-caught salmon, like sockeye for this recipe.
- Broccolini - a hybrid of broccoli and Chinese broccoli, this thin-stemmed veggie is an easy vegetable to roast. Its tender stem makes the whole plant easy to enjoy. If you want to substitute it, I recommend swapping it for zucchini or bok choy. Regular broccoli would need more roasting time.
- Harissa - a North African spicy chili paste. Harissa isn't super spicy (spice level is similar to sriracha), but it has a wonderful fresh flavor.
- Seasonings - in addition to harissa, you'll use honey, fresh garlic, spices, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil to season the salmon.
