Fresh Fruit Salad with Mint Features
- Bright, fresh fruit flavors are punched up with some fresh herbs and lime juice.
- Ready in just 20 minutes and a perfect side salad for a spring or summer dinner, barbecue, or party.
Ingredients
- Fruit - you can substitute your favorite fruit, but I included watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, kiwi, and pineapple in this salad. Papaya, mango, bananas, raspberries, and blackberries would be great in this salad as well!
- Mint - you'll need a good amount of fresh mint for this salad. It adds an excellent, bright, fresh flavor. Make sure to check out our post on how to use up leftover mint!
- Lime Juice - use freshly squeezed lime juice if possible. It adds a hit of citrus and helps to brighten all the fruit flavors.
