Ingredients
Here are the fresh ingredients you'll need to make this PB and jam yogurt bowl!
- Greek Yogurt - I'd recommend using plain Greek yogurt. You can use full-fat or low-fat yogurt.
- Peanut Butter - creamy peanut butter mixes into the yogurt perfectly and provides a delicious nutty flavor! Feel free to swap for almond butter or any other nut butter of your choice!
- Jam or Jelly - use your favorite flavor of fruit jam for this bowl. I used strawberry, but any flavor will work!
- Granola - you can make your own homemade granola or use whatever store-bought granola you prefer.
- Banana - you'll use half a fresh banana for this recipe. Bananas are high in fiber and great for digestion.
- Blueberries - fresh, juicy blueberries add a lovely sweetness to this bowl. Blueberries are full of antioxidants and great for heart health.
- Strawberries - adding fresh strawberries adds a wonderful juicy, sweet flavor. Strawberries are high in vitamin C!
- Kiwi - you'll use some chopped fresh kiwi - it's the most gorgeous color and adds a wonderful, unique flavor. Kiwi is also high in fiber and vitamin C.
