  • 1/2 cup, plus 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond or oat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour

How to Make these Cookies

If you want to make peanut butter cookies, follow these instructions or check out the recipe card below:

  • Cream the sugars. Cream the 1/2 cup of white sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter together in a bowl, using a hand mixer or a stand mixer for 3 minutes. Beat in the vanilla, then the almond milk.
  • Combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, allspice, and almond flour. 
  • Make the batter. Add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture, slowly, beating it to combine. Mix for 2 minutes. 
  • Chill the dough. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes. 
  • Bake the cookies. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Roll dough into one-inch balls and then roll in reserved 2 tablespoons sugar to coat. Flatten the balls with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Tips for Making this Recipe
