Tips for Making this Recipe
- This recipe is easy to make, but do be sure to let the dough chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. If you've got the time, give it an hour in the fridge. This allows the dough to set and stops the cookies from spreading when you bake them.
- Allow the cookies to cool before eating them - they'll stay together better at room temperature.

There are absolute perfection and better than the more well known peanut butter cookie recipes that aren't as healthy. I didn't have plant milk in the fridge at the moment so I used regular milk but I doubt that would change anything. Added this to my list as my go to peanut butter cookie recipe for all time to come.
