We love all these different types of toast - sweet and savory, fruity, veggies, and more! There are starting from the top left and proceeding across then down:

pesto/tomato/basil/olive oil
ricotta/blueberry/lemon zest
almond butter/bananas/honey
sunflower seed butter/clementine/pistachio
avocado/pepita/sesame seed
chocolate spread/strawberry

My personal favorite will most likely always be avocado but something about the sunflower seed butter and zesty clementine combo was unexpectedly delicious.

They're all worth having for breakfast or brunch, though, and they're dead simple to make.

Ingredients

Pesto Tomato Toast

1 slice bread
2 tablespoons pesto
8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
3 basil leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil

Ricotta Blueberry Toast

1 slice bread
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
½ cup blueberries
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Almond Butter & Banana Toast

1 slice bread
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon honey

Sunflower & Clementine Toast

1 slice bread
2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
1 clementine, peeled and separated
1 tablespoon chopped pistachios

Avocado & Pepita Toast

1 slice bread
½ an avocado
1 tablespoon toasted pepitas
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Chocolate & Strawberry Toast

1 slice bread
2 tablespoons chocolate spread
4 strawberries, cut into rounds

Instructions

For the pesto tomato toast - Toast your bread to the desired level. Spread the pesto on the toast, top with tomatoes and basil, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on salt and pepper, if desired.
For the ricotta blueberry toast - Toast your bread to the desired level. Spread the ricotta on the toast, top with blueberries and lemon zest.
For the almond butter toast - Toast your bread to the desired level. Spread the almond butter on the toast, top with bananas, and drizzle with honey.
For the sunflower clementine toast - Toast your bread to the desired level. Spread the sunflower seed butter on the toast, top with clementine wedges, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
For the avocado toast - Toast your bread to the desired level. Smash the avocado across the toast. Top with pepitas and sesame seeds. If desired, drizzle olive oil and salt and pepper across as well.
For the chocolate strawberry toast - Toast your bread to the desired level. Spread the chocolate spread across the toast and top with strawberries.
