Pasta - You'll need a pound of any fun, chunky pasta shape you'd like. I've made this recipe with both fusilli and cavatappi pasta. Feel free to use a gluten-free pasta (red lentil pasta would be great in this recipe) as well.
Cheese - You'll need one box of Boursin Cheese. It's a creamy, soft cheese that is similar in texture to cream cheese.
Fresh Tomatoes - You'll need cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, or any other small tomato.
Shallot - You'll finely slice one shallot. This adds some lovely light allium flavor to the sauce.
Seasonings - You'll need some olive oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
See the recipe card for full details.
