These kale chips with everything but the bagel seasoning are super easy to make and an awesome afternoon snack!
If you like munching on savory, crispy snacks - you've got to try these veggie chips.
If you've never made your own veggie chips, you might be wondering - will these actually taste good? And while they are different than a potato chip, I'm confident you'll enjoy their flavor!
Why You Should Make This Easy Snack
Beyond the fact that kale is really good for you (there's always lots of fiber and nutrients in dark, leafy greens), it's plentiful and available year-round.
If you have a whole head of kale, it's easy to make it into chips. It takes about 5 minutes of hands-on time and 15 minutes in the oven and you've got a wonderful, healthy snack.
Enjoy them on their own or dip them into a spicy mayo sauce.
Ingredients for Kale Chips

Cooking Tips - Make sure to thoroughly rinse your kale before using it (no one likes a gritty chip)! And, be sure to pat it dry before massaging it with olive oil. The olive oil won't stick to the kale if it's too wet.
Specialty Ingredients - If you can't get to Trader Joe's to pick up their Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, you can buy it online from Amazon!
Recommended Tools - I really like using pre-cut parchment sheets. They make clean-up super easy and make sure whatever you're roasting doesn't stick to the sheet pan. Also, if you don't have sheet pans you like, I use these Nordic Ware ones and they're great.
Storing Tips - Kale chips are best eaten the day you make them. If you'd like to save them, store them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container for up to one day.
