Ingredients

Here are the simple ingredients you'll need to make this spicy sushi mayo!

  • Mayonnaise - Regular mayo, your own homemade mayo and Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise both work great. If you'd like a vegan version of this sauce, you can use vegan mayo.
  • Soy Sauce - Use your favorite soy sauce. You can substitute coconut aminos or Tamari for the soy sauce if you prefer.
  • Fresh Lime Juice - Gives just the right amount of citrusy tang flavor. You can use lemon juice in a pinch, if you don't have lime on hand.
  • Sriracha Sauce - Sriracha sauce is usually pretty easy to find, but you can use whatever chili sauce you would like. I recommend a smooth sauce.
