Do you love pumpkin spice? This homemade pumpkin spice latte recipe is a delight! It's a healthier version of the coffee shop options, with significantly less sugar.

Ingredients for a Pumpkin Spice Latte

Here's what you'll need to make your own latte!

  • 2 ounces espresso 
  • 1 cup milk*
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree 
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • Optional - whipped cream for topping plus a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

*You can use either 1% milk or plant milk. We like using oat milk for this recipe.

How to Make Your Own Pumpkin Spice Latte

  1. Brew your espresso (we use an Aeropress). 
  2. Heat your milk on the stovetop in a small pan till it’s lightly simmering or in a milk steamer. 
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until fully combined. 
  4. Serve with optional whipped cream or a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

*You can make this with 1 or 2% milk or plant-based milk - we like it both ways! Oat milk is the best plant milk for steaming (almond tends to burn).
