Few things are more fun to make than a charcuterie board and probably the most fun board to make of all - this spooky Halloween charcuterie board!
It's a delicious appetizer tray full of salami, cheese, fruit, and nuts. The skeleton hands are not required, but they do make it even more fun.
Why You'll Love this Halloween Platter
This is one of the easiest cheese and fruit plates to put together, and it has all the Halloween *spooky* vibes!
The darker the better here - so you'll need to find black grapes, blackberries, and other fruit (like figs and grapes) with darker hues.
Add in some skeleton hands, some plastic spiders, or some fake cobwebs, and you've got a delightful Halloween board!
If you're hosting a costume party or want to get into the seasonal mood, you've got to try this cheese board!
Ingredients You'll Need
Grapes - The black grapes are one of the three main ingredients. You can use red grapes if you can't find black, but I think they really make the board "dark and moody". You'll use ½ pound of grapes. Break them into 3 groupings and use them to anchor the sides of the board.
Cheese - You can use an 8 ounce round of brie cheese or a 7 ounce wedge. You'll place this on one corner of your tray.
Meat - Use 4 ounces of salami of your choice. I like larger pieces because they fold into quarters nicely.
Fruit - You'll need 1 cup of berries - I used both blueberries and blackberries and 1 navel orange, cut into half moon slices. You can also use 2 to 3 figs.
Nuts - You'll want to use a mixture of nuts (about ½ cup in total). I used a mixture of pecans, almonds, pepitas, and hazelnuts.

Recommended Tools - I highly recommend finding a black cutting board or cheese board, to really showcase your meat, cheese, and fruit. I used a slate tray similar to this one.
If you want to make your charcuterie board extra Halloween-themed, I recommend getting some plastic skeleton hands, fake spiders, or fake spider webs.
Storing Tips - Meat and cheese should not sit out longer than 4 hours, so if your board sits out for longer than that, discard anything that hasn't been eaten. If your cheese and meat were out for less time, you can save leftovers in the refrigerator for 4 days.

Halloween Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 8 ounce round of brie cheese
- ½ pound black grapes
- 4 ounces sliced salami
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 navel orange cut into half-moon slices
- 3 figs halved
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon pepitas
Instructions
- Place the brie cheese in one of the corners of a large cheese tray or cutting board.
- Break the grapes into smaller clusters and place them in three locations - two on either side of the brie and one in the opposite corner.
- Fold the salami slices in half and then into quarters. Press the salami together to create two "rivers" of salami - one near the brie and the other near the grapes.
- Fill in the rest of the board with the berries, oranges, figs, nuts, and seeds.
- If using Halloween decorations, nestle them alongside the ingredients.
