Spring Charcuterie Board Ingredients
You only need a few ingredients to pull this board together. Here's what you'll need.
- ¾ cup spinach artichoke dip
- 4 ounces seedy crackers
- 4 ounces sliced salami
- 2 cups colorful cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced into half-moons (you can substitute for regular cherry radishes, but the watermelon radish adds a gorgeous pop of color)
- 1 cup aged cheddar cheese cubes
- optional - fresh flowers (edible flowers are great!) for decoration, sprigs of fresh herbs
Optional substitutions or additions - You can swap in any of these ingredients as well!
- Fresh fruit - raspberries, strawberries, kumquats, kiwis, or apricots.
- Fresh veggies - carrots sticks, asparagus, snap peas, red pepper slices
- Fun ingredients - if you like dessert boards, add some chocolate eggs or pink Pocky sticks. If you want to make it more of a cheese plate, add some cubes of swiss cheese, pepper jack, colby jack, or gouda.
How to Make this Recipe
Place the dip in a small ramekin or bowl and add a spoon to it.
Use a large cutting board or appetizer tray and plan where the largest ingredients will go (crackers, dip, etc).
Place the dip, crackers, salami, cauliflower, and radish on the tray. Fill in the holes with smaller items, like the cheese cubes, and if desired, fresh flowers and herbs.
Serve immediately.
