These delightful fruit and cheese kabobs are an easy appetizer or snack. Serve them with a small bowl of honey or some whipped cream for an elevated small bite.
You can use your favorite fresh fruit, but I love berries and grapes as they pair so well with cheese.

The combination of sweet strawberries, ripe blackberries, juicy grapes, and soft cheese is the perfect small bite! This recipe is so easy to pull together and can be ready in just a few minutes.
It's great for a dinner party or BBQ when you need an easy appetizer or served with a tasty drink for an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
Here's what you'll need to make these cheese and fruit kabobs.

- Fresh fruit (strawberries, blackberries, green or red grapes, or different fruits like blueberries, raspberries, a pineapple cube, kiwi slices, or watermelon)
- Cheese Cubes (I used a mix of Colby Jack and Mozzarella cheese, but you can use Cheddar cheese, Colby, Pepper Jack, or Gouda.)
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Wooden Skewers
- Optional for dipping or drizzling - honey or whipped cream
See the recipe card for quantities.
Instructions
Thread the fruit, pieces of cheese, and mint leaves onto the skewers and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.

If you are using cut fruit and worry it will brown, squeeze a little lemon juice on them before storing.
