- ¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped
How to Make These Dark Chocolate Treats

- Melt the chocolate chips, in a small bowl, in the microwave for one minute. Remove and stir till all the chips have fully melted but the chocolate still remains thick.

- Sprinkle each disc with several pomegranate seeds, a pinch of orange zest, and a pinch of pistachios.

Do they need to be kept in the fridge? Or can it be left out in a container

I keep them in the fridge because it keeps the pomegranate fresher. They can be out of the fridge if you are gifting them, but if you're making them for yourself, I'd keep them cold!
