Ingredients for Cheese Monsters
- Babybel cheese - use the original Babybel for the red wax exterior, or use the reduced fat ones for a blue exterior. The plant-based variety has green wax which could be very cute as well!
- Googly eye or candy eyes - if you want the eyes to be edible, I recommend using candy eyes. Wilton makes a mix, but Target and other stores often carry candy eyes around Halloween.
- Sharp knife - you'll need a small, sharp paring knife to cut into the wax around the cheese.
