Eight kiwi frankensteins assembled on a cutting board.

Kiwi Frankenstein - Cut kiwi in half lengthwise. Cut ⅔ of the skin off, leaving 'hair' around the top of the kiwi. Cut the kiwi skin so the 'hairline' is jagged. Break ½-inch end pieces off the pretzel stick and press them into the sides of the kiwi. Dab a little melted chocolate onto the backs of the candy eyes and affix them to the kiwi. Draw a mouth and scar onto the kiwi with the melted chocolate. Refrigerate till the chocolate has hardened.

Dark Chocolate Pretzels - Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments. Dip the pretzels in the dark chocolate and add the candy eyes. Refrigerate till the chocolate has hardened.

Mandarin orange pumpkins on a white plate.

Orange Pumpkin - Peel the orange and remove any pith. Using a paring knife, slice the celery sticks into ¼ inch thick pieces that are ½ inch long. Assemble the "pumpkins" by placing a small piece of parsley and celery into the top of the orange.

Babybel cheese monsters for Halloween on a plate.

Cheese Monsters - Remove the outer plastic wrap around each Babybel cheese. Place the cheese on a cutting board and remove the strip around the center. Cut a variety of teeth shapes along the center strip with a sharp knife. Place a single or several candy eyes on each piece of cheese, using sticky tack or a dab of hummus to secure it if you have it available.

Carrot Witch Fingers - Peel the carrots into a finger shape and then use a knife to cut two sets of knuckles. Cut 'fingernails' out of mini peppers and attach them to the carrots with a dab of hummus.

White chocolate drizzled onto a halved banana.

Banana Mummies - Carefully peel bananas and cut them in half crosswise. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup in 30-second increments in the microwave, stirring often.  Drizzle lines of melted chocolate across the bananas in a crisscross pattern. Add candy eyes to each banana. Place bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet or dish. Place the bananas in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.

Veggie Chips - add several veggie chips to the muffin tin.

Muffin tin with two holes filled with monster faces.

Guacamole Face - Fill one of the muffin tin spaces with the guacamole. Add the slices of olives, candy eyes, and a sliced small pepper mouth.

Hummus Face - Spread the hummus into one of the muffin tin spaces. Add slices of olives, candy eyes, and bell pepper 'tongue.' Add some fresh parsley to make the 'hair.'

Pepper Faces - Add candy eyes to the small peppers with a dab of hummus.

Apple Monster - Cut out a v-shape into the center of the apple quarter to create the mouth of the monster. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter into the monster's mouth. Place a slice of strawberry in the mouth. Using the remaining peanut butter, spread a small amount onto the back of the candy eyes and place them on top of the apple slice.
