Kiwi Frankenstein
Ingredients
- 4 fresh kiwis
- 8 small pretzel sticks
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 16 candy eyes
Instructions
- Cut each kiwi in half lengthwise. Using a small, sharp knife, cut ⅔ of the skin off, leaving 'hair' around the top of the kiwi. Cut the kiwi skin so the 'hairline' is jagged.

- Break ½-inch end pieces off of each pretzel stick and press them into the sides of the kiwis.

- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in a small, microwave safe bowl. Stir till fully melted.

- Using a toothpick or skewer, dab a little of the melted chocolate onto the backs of the candy eyes and affix them to the kiwis. Draw a mouth and scar onto each kiwi with the melted chocolate.

- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge till the chocolate has hardened.
