Substitutions & Variations
- White Stripes - you can sub out one or two of the pretzel stripes with mini marshmallows, slices of banana, white cheddar cheese, cauliflower, or popcorn.
- Red Stripes - you can swap the raspberries or strawberries for pitted red cherries, slices of bell pepper, sliced watermelon, pomegranate seeds, or red grapes.
- Blue Section - unfortunately, there aren't too many blue fruits, but you could swap the berries for concord grapes, black currants, or blue plums.
- Stars - if you want to get really extra, you could cut out stars out of slices of white cheddar cheese with a small cookie cutter and place them on top of the blueberries.
