Mango Lassi Overnight Oats Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups plain yogurt (regular or coconut yogurt)
- 1 cup milk (regular or plant-based)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ cup mango (plus more for garnish)
How to Make this Breakfast Recipe
Here's how to make this easy overnight oats recipe.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, and cardamom. Stir until well combined.

In a food processor or blender or with an immersion blender, blend the mango until you have a smooth puree.
Stir the mango puree into the oat mixture and mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 jars, place the lids on, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and garnish with chopped mango before serving.
