Peach Smoothie Recipe

Sharing is caring!

This vegan peach smoothie is a delicious and substantial breakfast recipe. Because it has a half a cup of rolled oats, it's a filling smoothie that will keep you full all morning long.

It's got a nice hint of sweetness from the maple syrup but it isn't overwhelmingly sweet.

Tips for Making Smoothies

This healthy smoothie recipe is super easy to make. The only important thing to note is you really need to blend it fully to incorporate the oats. If you do just a quick blitz, you'll have oat chunks that are not very appetizing!

I used a Vitamix blender for this recipe - which I highly recommend if you like smoothies. It's one of the best blenders on the market. Blendtec and Breville are also known for their high-quality blenders. These blenders are not cheap and I considered whether or not it was actually worth buying one.

What I ended up doing was buying one on Amazon that was refurbished and it was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than the new ones. It's been amazing. I use it for soups, smoothies, cocktails, and popsicles. It's phenomenal. If you have ever wondered whether a high-end blender is worth the price, let me tell you - yes, they are awesome.
