This easy strawberry cantaloupe salad recipe with a sweet mint and lime topping is wonderfully delicious.

Ingredients You'll Need for this Salad

You'll need just a few ingredients to make this strawberry salad recipe. If you don't have a melon baller, you can either use a teaspoon to scoop out the melon or cut it into chunks.

  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped into quarters
  • 1 cantaloupe, scooped into balls
  • zest of one lime
  • juice of one lime
  • 3 teaspoons cane sugar
  • ¼ cup mint, roughly chopped


How to Make an Easy Strawberry Salad

  1. Combine the strawberries and cantaloupe into a medium mixing bowl. 
  2. Mix the lime zest, lime juice, sugar, and mint in a small bowl till thoroughly combined. 
  3. Top the fruit with the lime mixture and stir to combine. 
  4. Serve immediately or allow to chill in the refrigerator for one hour before serving, to allow the flavor to develop.
