Orange blossom water is an exciting floral water that we love using in salads and baked goods. Paired with strawberries it brings a beautiful but understated floral note.


What You’ll Need for this Recipe

You’ll need just a few ingredients to make this marinated strawberries recipe.

  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water

How to Make Marinated Strawberries

  1. Chop. Cut your strawberries in whatever shape you’d like (coins or sections)
  2. Combine. Combine the strawberries, sugar, and orange blossom water.
  3. Marinate. Allow the strawberries to marinate for at least 5 minutes, and if you have the time, let them sit (stirring occasionally) for 30 minutes before serving.

Instructions

  1. Cut your strawberries in whatever shape you'd like (coins or sections), removing the stems. 
  2. Combine the strawberries, sugar, and orange blossom water in a small bowl and stir to combine.
