This watermelon olive salad with feta and herbs is a delight! It's an unusual flavor combination that we think you'll love.

It's a simple salad with fresh, summer flavors. I first had this salad at a French restaurant, but it's actually more common in Greek cuisine.

This watermelon olive feta salad is a surprisingly delicious flavor combination.

The juicy and sweet watermelon pairs incredibly well with the creaminess of the feta and the saltiness of the olives. It's a rich flavor profile for a salad with so few ingredients.

Be sure to very carefully toss the salad ingredients, so you don't break the watermelon up too much.
