Apple Nachos Ingredients
- Fresh Apples (1 red apple - Honeycrisp or Fuji Apple if possible and 1 green apple - Granny Smith Apple if possible)
- Coconut Oil
- Pure Maple Syrup
- Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
- Dark Chocolate Chips (mini chocolate chips, if possible)
- optional - sprinkle of cinnamon, chopped almonds, dried fruit, or coconut flakes

Apple Nachos
Ingredients
- 2 apples thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips
- optional - sprinkle of cinnamon, chopped almonds, dried fruit, or coconut flakes
Instructions
- Place the slices of apples on the plate in an overlapping pattern.

- In a small bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond butter till fully combined.

- Drizzle the syrup mixture over the apples and decorate with any optional toppings like chocolate chips, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or dried fruit.
