This easy breakfast fruit salad is perfect for mornings when you want a fresh, quick meal. It's also great as an afternoon snack!

This simple, easy fruit salad recipe is made from cut fresh fruit and freshly-squeezed orange juice.

It's a fast, healthy breakfast recipe for days you're in a hurry or can be a great side dish for a larger breakfast - serve it with eggs or some waffles for a filling meal!

Breakfast Fruit Salad Ingredients

You can substitute in your favorite fruits for any of the berries or bananas if you don't like one of these specific fruits - but make sure to keep the fresh orange juice!

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 5 strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • juice of 1 navel orange

Want even more flavor? Try adding some chopped fresh mint leaves or pomegranate seeds to the bowl as well.

Need more sweetness? Dry a little honey or maple syrup drizzle.

How to Make this Recipe

Prep the fruit - Wash all the fruit, cut the bananas and strawberries, and juice the orange.

Combine - Add the sliced banana, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries in a bowl. 

Add the OJ - Pour the orange juice over the fruit. Stir to combine. 

Serve immediately and enjoy!
